Postural Alignment Therapy, Initial Visit

90 minutes: $150 in office or virtual sessions available

During an initial visit, I do a full intake to help me understand your health history and goals. I take photos and analyze your posture and then we work together to create an exercise menu that helps you feel better and meets your goals. Menus vary in length and are always based on your individual body and needs. For the most part the exercises are simple, effective and non-aerobic. A typical initial visit lasts about 90 minutes.

Postural Alignment Therapy, Series of 6

6-6.5 total hours: $550 in office or virtual sessions available

A series of 6 is highly recommended for the best results at the best price!!  You can select this package to include your very first initial visit ($150 value).  This package also includes text or video support between sessions.

Clients with the most success see me one time per week for the first three to four weeks, do their menu most days and utilize the text or video support between sessions.

Another great advantage to purchasing a series of six is that for future Posture Alignment Therapy packages, you may substitute a session for a 60 minute holistic bodywork session.

Postural Alignment Therapy, Follow up

60 minutes: $125 in office or virtual sessions available

During a posture follow-up session, I will re-check your posture, review your exercise menu and adjust as needed. A follow-up session lasts about one hour.

Holistic Bodywork including Massage Therapy, Myofacial Cupping and Energy Work

60 minutes: $90 in office only
90 minutes: $130 in office only

Myofacial cupping or energy work can be added to any massage session or if offered as a stand alone session.

For those unfamiliar with Myofacial cupping it is the application of suction cups to the skin to facilitate lifting, separating, detoxifying and releasing muscle, fascia and surrounding tissues.  It helps surfaces/muscles that should be gliding freely become unstuck, increasing range of motion and decreasing somatic pain.
